Some proprietary formats depend on licensed desktop workers and may require manual review.
Malware, stolen data, illegal content, and attempts to abuse the service are not allowed.
Paid plans, credits, and one-time conversions are delivered after successful checkout confirmation.
The service may queue, pause, or retry jobs when workers are busy, offline, or awaiting licenses.
API users must protect their API keys and may not resell capacity without written approval.
Allowed use
Use VersionFixer for files you own, manage for a client, or are authorized to convert for design, print, engineering or production workflows.

Refund handling
Failed paid conversions should be reviewed through support with the job ID, file type and target version.
API responsibility
