These Terms form an agreement between you and Sherif Ahmed Ibrahim Saeed, operating versionfixer.com under the VersionFixer brand from Giza, Egypt.
VersionFixer is operated by Sherif Ahmed Ibrahim Saeed under the VersionFixer brand. Correspondence address: 22 Khaya Labou Youssef Street, El-Messaha, Faisal, Giza, Egypt. Questions about these Terms or the service can be sent to admin@versionfixer.com.
By creating an account, uploading a file, using an API, or purchasing a plan or credit pack, you accept these Terms. You must have legal capacity to contract and provide accurate account information.
Upload only files you own, control, or are authorized to process, and comply with copyright, privacy, export, sanctions, and other applicable laws.
You retain ownership of your uploaded files and outputs. VersionFixer processes them only to provide conversion, compatibility, support, billing, and security functions.
Do not upload malware, stolen data, unlawful or infringing content; bypass technical limits; attack or reverse engineer the service; overload workers; share access unlawfully; or use VersionFixer to evade software licensing or digital-rights controls.
File conversion changes complex data and is not guaranteed to preserve every font, effect, layer, animation, plugin, link, material, script, or proprietary feature. Review results before production use and keep your own source backup.
The price, plan period, included credits, features, and renewal terms are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. A conversion is delivered when a usable output is made available. Failed or unsupported jobs should not be permanently charged as successful conversions.
Lemon Squeezy, named at checkout and on your receipt, processes payment and subscription billing as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Its Buyer Terms apply to the purchase. Available payment methods are shown securely during checkout. VersionFixer does not store raw card numbers, CVC codes, or payment-wallet credentials.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancel through the provider’s subscription or receipt link in the confirmation email, or contact VersionFixer support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Refunds, withdrawals, failed delivery, and cancellation effects are governed by the VersionFixer Refund Policy, the payment-provider terms shown at checkout or on the receipt, and all mandatory consumer rights.
The service may queue, pause, retry, limit, modify, or discontinue jobs when workers are busy, offline, unsafe, unsupported, or awaiting licensed software. We may update formats, pricing, features, and these Terms with reasonable notice where required.
You are responsible for protecting passwords and API keys and for activity under your account. API users may not resell capacity or provide shared public access without written approval.
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful content, security threats, repeated violations, nonpayment, or material breach, subject to applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that every file will convert. VersionFixer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Mandatory rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The competent courts of Giza, Egypt have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
Allowed use
Use VersionFixer for files you own, manage for a client, or are authorized to convert for design, print, engineering or production workflows.
Payment-provider relationship
A purchase is also governed by the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms shown at checkout. Lemon Squeezy is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for purchases through its checkout. VersionFixer remains responsible for providing the conversion service described at checkout.
Conversion limits
Some proprietary formats depend on installed licensed software, plugins, fonts, and worker availability. A job can queue, retry, or fail. Always review the result and retain the source file.
Applicable terms
The Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Non-waivable consumer protections always continue to apply.
Frequently asked questions
Is every conversion guaranteed?
No. VersionFixer improves compatibility, but complex proprietary files, missing plugins or corrupt sources can fail.
Can I upload client files?
Yes, only when you have permission to process them.
Who handles the payment?
The provider shown at checkout handles payment, receipts, taxes where applicable, subscription billing, cancellations, and approved refunds. VersionFixer does not store raw card or payment-account credentials.
VersionFixer Shield acceptable use
You may register or scan only assets and products you own or are authorized to inspect. The service must not be used to extract, download, or redistribute third-party IMVU assets. Similarity is a technical review signal, not proof of infringement or a legal ruling. Correct official derivations may be authorized, and VersionFixer does not promise to find every copy on IMVU or elsewhere.
