Data deletion instructions
How VersionFixer users can request deletion of account data, social login data, uploaded files, contact messages, and conversion records.
Send a request from the email used on your VersionFixer account and include the subject "Delete my VersionFixer account".
If you signed in with Google, Facebook, or Discord, include the provider name so we can remove the linked social account ID from your profile.
Temporary conversion job folders are automatically cleaned up. You can still request deletion of any remaining job files by sending the job ID.
Contact, feedback, and support chat messages can be deleted on request when they are no longer needed for support.
We may retain minimal transaction, security, and legal records when required for accounting, abuse prevention, or compliance.
Use the contact page or email support with your account email, provider, and any job IDs you want removed.
How to submit a request
Open the contact page and choose account or privacy as the topic. Include your account email, the social login provider if relevant, and any conversion job IDs.
What happens next
Support verifies the request, removes linked social login IDs, deletes eligible account/support records, and confirms completion by email.
File retention
Uploaded files are temporary and are designed to be cleaned from private job storage after the retention window. Remaining job files can be removed manually on request.
Limits
Some records may be retained when required for invoices, chargeback handling, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or platform security.
